Cookie policy
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow the site to remember your actions and preferences for a certain period.
2. Cookies we use
AFRICA5000 uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for operation and security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party audience trackers. Product analytics is internal and does not place an additional cookie.
3. Cookie types
- sessionid: Django session identifier required to keep you signed in.
- admin_sessionid: separate session identifier for the Django admin interface.
- CSRF: protection token required to secure forms.
- django_language: selected display language.
- Google reCAPTCHA: used on public forms to distinguish humans from automated traffic.
4. Retention
Session cookies are kept for the configured session duration. Language preferences are kept until the browser is closed unless configured otherwise. reCAPTCHA cookies follow Google’s own policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can view, delete, or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent AFRICA5000 from working correctly.
6. Updates
We may update this cookie policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
7. Contact
For any question about cookies, contact us at jamyl.mamri@synchronism.com or through our contact page.
