Founding team
A senior consultant in artificial intelligence and digital strategy, Jamyl Mamri has supported large companies, SMEs and public institutions for more than twenty years on innovation, digital transformation and data value-creation projects.
He founded Synchronism in 2005 and 8Mind in 2025. He is also a co-founder of MedinIA, a Moroccan cluster dedicated to artificial intelligence.
At Africa5000, he leads the strategic vision, product development, technology partnerships and the platform's pan-African positioning.
An engineer by training and a specialist in strategy, business development and partnership creation, Ismail Amri brings more than fifteen years of experience in consulting, entrepreneurship and new business development.
He has worked at Accenture, Altai Consulting, Valyans Consulting and Derichebourg, on assignments covering strategy, growth, due diligence, financial structuring and partnership development. He is also a co-founder of the fintech and retailtech company WOLIZ.
A graduate of INSA Lyon and holder of an Advanced Master from ESSEC Business School, he combines a strong understanding of technology, finance and commercial development challenges.
At Africa5000, he contributes to the business model, go-to-market strategy, commercial development, fundraising and partnerships with companies, investors, financial institutions and capital-market participants.
An entrepreneur and digital transformation expert, Zakaria Benmoumen has designed and led digital solutions for companies, large accounts and institutions since 2006.
He is CEO and co-founder of RFC Digital, a company specialized in the development and maintenance of web and mobile platforms. He is also co-founder of CAPEXIA, an investment management solution designed for finance departments, business units and arbitration committees.
His experience covers product vision, functional design, user experience, technical architecture structuring, roadmap definition and the management of multicultural technical and functional teams. He also teaches digital transformation and digital project management.
At Africa5000, he leads the platform's functional and technical design, product architecture, user experience, development team coordination and the implementation of a resilient, secure and scalable technology infrastructure.
